We will work together to come up with a program within your budget and your schedule to best suit your needs and goals. These sessions can take place in the convenience of your home, in studio (North St Thomas – Dalewood neighbourhood or South London), or via Skype/Facetime. Private training or semi private (up to four participants) options are available.
We will use a variety of equipment including kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, TRX resistance bands, machines, etc. No need for you to invest in equipment, I will bring it all to you. I will be right there with you through the whole journey, giving advice and guidance with whatever your goals may be, whether you are trying to lose weight, getting ready for a trip or special occasion, healing from an accident or other injury, increasing strength.
