Twice a week, one hour sessions!

Are you finding you just aren’t sticking to that home workout program? Do you want a fitness program that is fun but also effective in getting you to your goals?

Bootcamp is a full body work out using a variety of equipment like; TRX, medicine balls, resistance bands, bosu balls, stability balls, hurdles, kettlebells, agility ladders, etc. This is a fast pace, intense workout that you can do at YOUR own level!

This class would be perfect for any fitness level. Each exercise is designed to be able to be adjusted to make it easier or harder for your own needs.
